Jan and Wayne were amazing in their responsiveness with my constant messaging about the staus of my glass repair! They packed it very carefully and it came repaired and intact. Wayne is one of the few left who knows how to repair pressed glass (which hasn't been made since the 70s I believe). He did the best he could repairing it and considering it was in a million pieces it looks pretty good!
5/5 in EVERY aspect. Wayne was extremely professional and helpful, even when I forgot to include some paperwork he asked for. They repaired a set of family heirloom stemware that had broken during a recent move. The timeline was clear and held true, giving us plenty of time to get them to my cousin. Would, and will, recommend to ANYONE.
Great people, really take pride in what they do.
