They were amazing and worked with me every step of the way . There staff is very friendly and wonderful.The doctor is very real and upfront there are no games when it comes to health and i love them for that ,They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient
The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I've been places before where ... read more
Competent, patient, get to the source health care provider, quality health care. I have an Kaiser and still see Ciro Montanez. I can not express that individual care solved an 18 year problem that the HMO FAILED to do so causing me suffering from treating the symptom and not the source.
I usually dont write reviews but I had to let everyone know about my experience with this god-awful doctor. He is plain rude and ignorant. I asked him on many occasions to help me out with a health issue which he failed to do. Mr. Montanez is also not too friendly as I stated before. I've asked him questions in the kindest way just to get a rude remark back. Others who I have been seen by this "doctor" also complained about the same thing. I hope no one ever has to go through what I had to go through with him.
