Amazing location
walked thru the show home today in Morrison that's being given away and I gotta say, the finishes are nice, but the work was not executed very well. the tile in a few of the bathrooms was less than impressive. grout joints didn't match up as corners were turned, shower pan had some grout that was left over and was dried on top of the tile(I have a video of finding it). super small grout joints throughout the body of the 4x16 subway tile and then a 3/16" or so grout joint in the corners.
