Bought an RV from the guy last month. RV was not as he described but I handled it. It was recoverable and for what I paid for it I felt like it was okay to put money into it. He said he'd get me the title in a couple of weeks. Couple weeks have come and gone it's now been four. Tried to contact him several times and the only response I've gotten was approximately a week ago and he said there was a death in the family and they would get back with me. I'll be contacting the authorities to report him.
He offered to pull a rv for me after I purchase. I noticed he had 2.1 stars (Now less) on marketplace and a 1.0 rating on google (with someone threatening to report to the BBB), so I was leery. Spoke to a guy named Lance Fletcher. When I asked if I could plug it in, he simply replied "no." He later said that his business has no electricity. I then told him we would plug it in to my vehicle - followed by inquiring as to who holds liability in an unfavorable event during delivery- he told me don't worry about it. All I will say is this, file a complaint with the BBB and contact the Consumer Protection Agency and ask them to transfer you to the closest Consumer Protection Lawyer in your local area or give you the contact information for them so you or your daughter and anyone else he has sold damaged goods to which was misrepresented by him, the seller can file a lawsuit. Also, check your bill of sale, I doubt it was his name that he signed and if it wasn't then the contract should be null and void because it is fraudulent. Be proacti... read more

They said: No soft spots and everything works as it should. Roof has been sealed. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!! I moved the furniture that he refused to take out, and it was because it was hiding soft spots and the fact the water was completely disconnected! Tore up the carpet to replace said soft spot to find the entire floor wet! Fixed to water hook up to find the entire plumbing system ruined! The ac vent cover blew off during delivery.
