Worst moving company ever. Took over a month and 3 separate deliveries to receive our goods. Many items broken and missing with zero compensation. Charge more than doubled from their original video quote. DO NOT USE!
I was very happy with Montana Transfer and Storage's service. I moved from Big Sky, MT to Boise, ID this week. Marc gave me a very professional estimate, was upfront with everything to expect, and answered all of my questions easily. Rockie and his crew did a fantastic job handling my things and even showed up at the destination the very next day. The job was on time and matched the estimate very closely. I would recommend.
I'm so disappointed with this company. The lead employee showed up with a surly attitude and said he didn't know if he would be able to take the exercise equipment after we already reviewed everything with an estimator. He was uncommunicative throughout loading, not responding to my questions and statements. I was told that anything in a container with a fragile sticker would remain upright, yet it didn't.
