I'm so disappointed with this company. The lead employee showed up with a surly attitude and said he didn't know if he would be able to take the exercise equipment after we already reviewed everything with an estimator. He was uncommunicative throughout loading, not responding to my questions and statements. I was told that anything in a container with a fragile sticker would remain upright, yet it didn't. Recently used this company to help load my items onto our UHaul. I’ve used movers many times in the past and this was the worst experience I had. The two guys were really nice but slow and inexperienced. Many of my items had damage to them after they were done. My husband started helping and was doing wayyy more than the movers were. One guy even mentioned “I’m just trying to drag this on so we don’t have to go back to the warehouse.” Which is extremely frustrating considering I’m paying them by the hour, they’re very expens... read more
I paid this company over $6000 to move my belongings from Montana to a storage unit in Spokane, WA. It was a number of weeks before I was able to move them out of storage to my new home. As I was removing my belongings from the unit, I found a lot of broken, damaged, and outright destroyed items. As I was unpacking, I was unable to find some of my belongings.
