bad haircut ( Ainsley) The length of my hair in the back was literally chopped off with an electric razor. So short and no undercut to make it go under. Will take me a couple months to get any length back. Very disappointed! Spent 60 bucks for a bad haircut.
Yvonne left me with a bald spot when relaxing my extensions. I was told she was having a bad day.....??? I'm fighting with the owners to try and get some $ to go elsewhere to have some sort of hair made while the bald spot grows back. i have been going there for 25 years.... I'm mortified, saddened and furious.
