Awesome rock and awesome helpful staff I would recommend over any other stone company in the valley
From the beginning with our phone conversations with Charles the sales associate it was great to see that he was reliable. When he said he would check into the availability for us to purchase rock, he did exactly that. He is reliable, trustworthy and a great communicator first and foremost. We decided to make a vacation out of our hunt for natural rock and met him in person. Worst customer service! Placed an order and dropped off a check, sales rep said they would call and let us know lead time. Never heard back. Called office only to find out that the order wasn't placed until 3 weeks later and receptionist said she would have sales rep call us. Never heard back so still don't know delivery date. Called the office and asked to speak to Manager, receptionist said she would have the VP call me back and of course no call back. If the owner reads this, call me. This is ridiculous.
