From the beginning with our phone conversations with Charles the sales associate it was great to see that he was reliable. When he said he would check into the availability for us to purchase rock, he did exactly that. He is reliable, trustworthy and a great communicator first and foremost. We decided to make a vacation out of our hunt for natural rock and met him in person.
