Not helpful or compassionate at all.
I’m writing this with deep disappointment and frustration. I’ve lived with severe, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation for over 15 years. I’ve been hospitalized more than five times and have tried numerous medications—especially in my adult years here in Montana. Despite this, Montana Psychiatric denied me access to TMS, claiming I had “only tried one medication.” This is completely false. Montana Psychiatry is amazing to work with! They have helped me work through my mental health problems and I have been able to enjoy life again with their help!
