Good experience overall. The staff were friendly and professional.
I have very mixed feelings on Montana Psychiatry. Overall, I am glad I came here since I got the help I needed. I am upset about the quality of service and care I did and did not receive. If you are going through significant mental health issues, I would not recommend this place. I hadn’t seen a psychiatrist since high school, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From my very first and only in-person meeting with the doctor, I felt uncomfortable. While she showed a little empathy, I personally experienced her demeanor and facial expressions as incredibly judgmental. I have treatment resistant major depression, PTSD, complicated grief. I've had 20 ECT treatments, 32TMS treatments, over20 antidepressant drug treatments; results= 0. Went here for ketamine infusion and talk therapy. My Long Time talk therapist "left". I was notified the evening before my appointment ; no reason was given. This was a hard thing for me to take after all that time.Another therapist, whom I did not know in the least, would be available via tele health. What for?
