Called for service on Monday morning, advised would attend later in day. Message sent around 2 to confirm approx time, advised about 4pm. 4.45pm received missed call, rang back straight away, acted like he didn't know who I was then said he was driving past now, then never turned up or called back the following day. Now I totally understand if you are busy, all we ask is to be kept informed. Have gone elsewhere.
