Scheduled an appointment for a serious back problem. Took an entire day off of work to drive two and half hours for my appointment only to find it had been cancelled. They insisted they left me a message but did not. I checked my voicemail ten times. No voicemail. Cost me hundreds of dollars in wages and my back is only getting worse by the minute, delaying my medical care. The front desk lady should be FIRED. I will never give them another dime or step foot in their facility ever again.
