I placed my first online order to be directed to Montanamailbox via FedEx. Within 90 minutes of receiving a delivery notification from FedEx on August 14, 2025, I received a confirmation and ticket number from Montanamailbox. I immediately sent a request for pickup to DYK post and I was informed that it would take 5 to 8 business days to arrive in Calgary. So far so good! My packaged arrived on a Thursday but it usually takes 24-72 hrs for Montana mailbox to scan into their system. I needed a very important package that was received on the day earlier, drove 3 hrs to pick it up because DYK would have taken too long. The pick up was painless the workers there are always nice to deal with. One thing I would recommend would have weekend hours.

Tried to get regular mail sent. Then they said their website should have had an update for their PO box. Tried this new mailing address. Still never emailed me. Called, told me to email them instead. Emailed, no response. I got the impression, they opened my mail. I should have gotten a refund for the item I bought. Never got one for either time I sent the same item here. So beware of using this place. They will open mail you get sent here.
