I was sending flowers from across the other side of the US and picked Montana Made Floral as I wanted a local business. The flowers were beautiful and my daughter was thrilled. There was an issue with delivery which was due to an error on my part but Rachel was on it and redelivered the flowers. Rachel was pleasant and gracious.
