I decided to purchase a warehouse forklift (on Thursday at 12:00p) and MFE was able to deliver it the next day (by 9:00a). It was delivered cleaner than expected. Filters were current and with plenty of life and fluid levels were topped off. It appears that the oil and hydraulic oil had been changed recently. The seat was functional, the safety stickers were in great shape, the unit functioned as designed, and the unit came with the original user manual.
