I purchased their whole wheat bread flour from a local grocer, but only half of the bag was fully milled. After sifting the 25lb bag i was left with 15lb "sand". In case future customers didn't have a commercial sifter of their own, I called MT Flour and gave them the lot # for recall. I wasn't expecting them to compensate me with a new 25lb bag since i didn't buy the initial bag directly from them, but that's exactly what they did!
