I've bought many flags from the old owner! Great people! Easy to deal with! I've made 5 attempt to visit the new store! ( 160 mile round trip) they have always been closed) there store hours are horrible! Quite obvious the don't know people have to work or travel to make it to the store! The website is less than desirable for online sales! The store and online is not customer friendly! One more attempt to replace my tattered flags. This place is an amazing little gem tucked away right off Last Chance Gulch! Patti provided amazing customer service. Besides just having the flag I was looking for they had all the information I needed to replace a flag pole on my property. They had great little tips for measuring a future flag pole setting. This is one of those GREAT shops that are too quickly fading into obscurity. Will definitely return again!

This place must be new ownership. It absolutely sucks now. The new people there are completely horrendous and the most disrespectful and inattentive people I have ever seen “run” a business. I just got a new flagpole for Father’s Day and wanted a nice locally-purchased flag to fly. Our neighbor warned us not to go here after their horrible experience but I wanted to try and support local. I immediately left. They sold me a broken pole and through many months of struggle I gave up and went directly to the company. They sent me a new pole and were very understanding and helpful. I would suggest bypassing those two old crooks and buy direct!!

My wife and I tried for over 2 yrs to get a flagpole business to help us replace the flagpole that was destroyed during high winds in our area. As a Vietnam vet, flying our flag was an honor and a duty of remembrance. Finally, thanks to Fred from Montana Flag and Pole, our flags fly once more! Fred took the time to visit us personally, driving the 90 minutes to our small ranch.
