I spoke with Pam in the FH department and she was extremely helpful, lawful and diligent in helping me when I called. I had sent her all of the information to corroborate my claims and was in agreement. Pam was knowledgeable and compassionate with me throughout the detailed phone call. Please do not hesitate to call, for anything and an advocate.
This non profit is worthless. They will not even help a disabled, elderly woman obtain a handicap parking spot at her apartment complex. Under their own definition of Reasonable Accomodations and discrimination, they are allowing the landlord to discriminate against this disabled woman by not responding to a Reasonal Accommodation request. Then, they take absolutely no action. Wasted 2 weeks of my time. Contact HUD directly.
The receptionist is very very very rude would not let me explain my situation and kept cutting me off serious un ethical violations are taking place and you would think it's called Montana Fair housing they would see to that I'm being treated fairly do not call them all she kept saying was they don't have lawyers . I asked what services they provide and she said we look into housing issues . I then proceeded to tell mines then she cut me off we dont have lawyers . I called in and spoke to Pam about several questions I had related to disability and housing. She was extremely helpful and patiently provided the information I was looking for.
PAM BEAN was useless,careless ,disrespectful and not professional at all.We dont need useless agencies in our State.
