These people suck been on hold for hours
If I could give this place a lower rating I would I know it's government assistance.I know that it's not gonna be great.I know it's gonna be slow.I understand that I feel like I know what to expect.But the fact that I've been on hold since pretty much August for hours and hours at a time.I've been going down to the office since august as well I've dotted all my Is.I've crossed all my Ts and I can't get help... UPDATE: Had to contact Jon testers office to get ANY help
I have been calling since July 1st. On hold for 2 1/2 hrs everytime..6 times so far. Only need renewal interview. Have contact Governor office with complaint.. WTH..
Only had to wait in line a few minutes and the receptionist was able to help me very quickly. No issues at all.
