If I could give this place a lower rating I would I know it's government assistance.I know that it's not gonna be great.I know it's gonna be slow.I understand that I feel like I know what to expect.But the fact that I've been on hold since pretty much August for hours and hours at a time.I've been going down to the office since august as well I've dotted all my Is.I've crossed all my Ts and I can't get help... UPDATE: Had to contact Jon testers office to get ANY help
I have been calling since July 1st. On hold for 2 1/2 hrs everytime..6 times so far. Only need renewal interview. Have contact Governor office with complaint.. WTH..
Only had to wait in line a few minutes and the receptionist was able to help me very quickly. No issues at all.

DPHHS in Missoula is not a lot of help at all. The office hours are a joke. There's never any "IN PERSON" help. You're always referred to the help line to call. You can't talk with a social worker to help because there's never enough people. When you send in paperwork it's either lost or not put into the system yet. I swear you can tell DPHHS that you have cancer or in need a snap assistance and they don't care and still will cutt you off everything even when you're one to send in or upload everything onto the online portal ... read more
