I own several homes and do business with several utility companies. I would rate Montana-Dakota Utility Company the worst of the bunch. When I sold one of my homes in Lead SD, I called them to cancel my service on the 9/30/2021. They continued to charge me for service after that date and never sent me a final billing statement. When I called them (after waiting on line for quite some time) I was talking with a rude individual that talked over me and simply made statements that were not true.
