If I had another option I would take it gladly. They harass you the day after they send you bill for your current payment. Their website is useless. Their customer service is awful. The only nice people working there are the ones actually doing work(such as electricians or gas maintenance). Thankfully the offer the automated option(which is still very offsetting) because working with the people who manage accounts is never a pleasant experience.
