If I could give this a zero star I would. I was referred to call and talk to Brian Ortega about our families issue we was having with a will. He seemed very nice and helpful and said he was going to talk to Mark his co worker. My husband has sent more then a handful of emails and calls with zero response back to help us out. Worse service I've ever encountered in my life. We wasted 3+weeks thinking we was in the right hands. I wouldn't waste my time on this law firm if your trying to get the proper help you need. Brian Ortega at Montana Business Law is awesome! Everyone at the office is very friendly and whenever I have questions he is responsive and makes sure I knew how to make the best choices for me and my family. Instead of being nervous about setting up estate planning it was a calm and stress free experience.
Very unprofessional at communicating with their clients and getting anything accomplished for a business in a timely manner.
Responsive at first, was a great friendly team of lawyers. But summer of 2025 came along and they have let our business legal concerns and matters and questions go unanswered. We get ZERO follow up emails. We even have asked if they don’t want to be a client of ours or if they have gone out of business because the phones don’t go thru either. I would say I am very disappointed in this legal firm. It is very unprofessional to go unresponsive for months on end and not update your client no matter the issue.
