Always great service with a smile. They have yet to let me down. I can't spend too much time there as it will cost me a lot of money with all of the stuff I want and not necessarily need. Or...
Not at all happy with the service. They picked up my riding lawnmower last fall to be serviced. Specifically asked them not to drain gas because tank was full & had Stabilizer added. After I called them to find out what was taking so long, they said they called and left a voicemail on my cell phone. Which would be impossible because I do not have a cell, have landline and it is answered by answering machine. They finally delivered my riding mower in several inches of snow parked at door to shed.
