The WORST office staff ever. They put you on hold and do not come back. Within one day I tried at least 5 times to get through, on hold each time and never comes back to answer. DO NOT use this DOCTOR. He is in an out like he does not care anymore. I guess it's time to retire and definitely needs new staff.
