Dirty rooms, unfriendly receptionist, always short-staffed, and impatient rude doctor. I experienced all that during my first visit, and though I have had him as my doctor for a year, the staff have NEVER once called my for an appointment, and I have called several times to obtain my test results. I know I should have changed doctors, but I felt discouraged for awhile. This is just my experience. One star...since I have no choice but to rate. Tony-
