I had quite a dramatic idea of what hypnotherapy would be - would I be made to do things I didn't want to do? Would I suddenly start barking if I heard the word "tree"? I was so nervous to begin the process to quit smoking but from my first contact with Michael at Montague Hypnosis to the end of my last session, I felt completely at ease. My experience in hypnotherapy sessions with Michael was positive. He creates a professionally warm environment and takes note of details needed combined with techniques taught and encouraged to achieve desired goals of neuroplasticity. Montague Hypnosis was an investment in our son's ability to block out the noise from so many social distractions and irrational, negative behaviors he found distressing in his day to day life.
