I previously owned a Dahon folding bike that served me well for many years. After doing my research online I chose a Montague Navigator as my new foldable bike. I can happily say it's been a great purchase! Full size, easy to fold and transport, comfortable and well made. Would I buy again? Yes. DETAILS. The purchase process was easy. The folks at Montague Bikes do a great job. I primarily talked with Liza and she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I made multiple phone calls to the company and every time I reached a real person. In this day and age that is truly amazing. The customer service that I received was outstanding. I purchased 2 Montague Navigators. Pre-order was placed in March and was notified when the bikes arrived at their facility, when the order was processed and when my credit card would be charged. Requested product and shipping information and received no response. Guess they aren’t interested in answering questions about their product. Very poor customer service.

I pre ordered a bike from this company and got a confirmation email stating my order was confirmed. Then when the bikes are ready to ship they tell me that the price has gone up by 60 dollars. I've never dealt with a company that ups the price right before fulfilling my order. I cancelled my order with this company over this 60 dollars. Not because I couldn't afford it, but because of the principal that you would accept a pre order and then blindside your customer after they've waited multiple weeks for the product.
