We purchased two Montague Navigators in April 2024 from a Canadian distributor. The bikes are okay; however, I find it difficult to fit any accessories to the handlebars because of the small diameter tubing. There is also only one set of brazons for a bottle cage. Unfortunately, Delta Air damaged one of the Rackstands and both front fenders. Surprisingly unknowledgeable about their own bikes; the accessories they told me to get for their bike are not compatible. And customer service could care less.

I previously owned a Dahon folding bike that served me well for many years. After doing my research online I chose a Montague Navigator as my new foldable bike. I can happily say it's been a great purchase! Full size, easy to fold and transport, comfortable and well made. Would I buy again? Yes. DETAILS. The purchase process was easy. In my case there was a few weeks wait for delivery as the container shipment was arriving from the west coast (Made in Vietnam). It was relatively strait forward to unbox and assemble. The folks at Montague Bikes do a great job. I primarily talked with Liza and she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I made multiple phone calls to the company and every time I reached a real person. In this day and age that is truly amazing. The customer service that I received was outstanding. I purchased 2 Montague Navigators. Pre-order was placed in March and was notified when the bikes arrived at their facility, when the order was processed and when my credit card would be charged.
