Elizabeth Ayala is awesome. From the moment I went in and got information she was very helpful and actually cared. She wanted to know all my health history and guided me and gave me information on what to do to help with my back and other health issues. Ever since I joined the wellness center when I do see Elizabeth she greets me and asks how I’m doing. Great place to get my health right and great staff
Griffin Jones, who has been assisting us several times when it came to us being in need for assistance, especially when we had issues to be solved. Griffin is a real problem solver. We both Tae Hui and Helmut Schonwalder greatly appreciate his skills to solve problems.
Understaffed? No one on the floor to assist/supervise use of machines. The plumbing is questionable; beware sudden temperature changes, uneven pressure, and the drains have a bad smell,
The only good thing about this gym is that it’s on the way home from work. It’s so unbelievably crowded, often having to wait for machines to open up. And it’s expensive but that’s not the primary issue, the primary issue is how busy this place is. Also, closed at 16:00 on the weekends?
