Horrible, crude, brutal people and doctor. I was late 20 mins for my appointment I waited almost a year for. On the way to my appointment, I had an emergency with my daughter her doctor needing to see her asap, we live in Salinas. I called the office that I would be late 15 mins due to an emergency but on the way already it took me another couple of minutes to find the place, when I walked in they were not forgiving and no consideration at all under what circumstances at all - and DIDNT SEE ME AND HAS TO WAIT MAY 2026.
