This place is more like a factory, not a medical institution. Ridiculous charges for blood tests, even with good health insurance. Doctors for whom you are just another patient, their assistants who don't listen and ask the same question five times. The questionnaire that you have to fill out before seeing a doctor asks you absolutely unrelated questions (Sports medicine department), like who do you live with, what kind of alcohol do you prefer, place of work, position name. Appointment got canceled, the day of, due to neurologist being sick. I have to wait to hear about a reschedule because the manager is not in til the afternoon. So the place is just unmanaged until the afternoon? No one can help me until then? This company and its terrible reviews needs an overhaul on operations. Gross.
