This place is more like a factory, not a medical institution. Ridiculous charges for blood tests, even with good health insurance. Doctors for whom you are just another patient, their assistants who don't bother to listen and ask the same question five times in a row. The questionnaire that you have to fill out before seeing a doctor asks you absolutely unrelated questions (Sports medicine department), like who do you live with, what kind of alcohol do you prefer, place of work, position name. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for the past two weeks and every time I have called they leave a message to the scheduling coordinator to get back to me and no one has gotten back for over two weeks!! I try to be patient and was debating on waiting a bit longer but this is unacceptable
