I had urine lab work done with Dr. Laura Strong and got a result back of having UTI and when asking for a doctor’s note to take a couple days off of work she refused and I was told that I should make another appointment with another doctor to get a note for work because she couldn’t determine how severe my symptoms were. Me and my wife came early today for her lab work we check in 7am and we were not called until 7:35am. The lady said she forgot to look at her queue on her monitor and bypassed me.
I am a senior citizen who has dealt with military doctors as well as civilian doctors here in California as well as Europe. Never in my life have I experienced healthcare as bad as what Montage Medical Group provided. Everything about Montage represents what is truly wrong with our healthcare system from trying to make an appointment or having a prescription refilled. Everything was a problem.
