Best staff ever
My last doctor Dr. McGlue was a very good doctor. However trying to get appointments to see him was difficult. Also a few times when I was scheduled my appointments were cancelled at the last minute. Montage is a medical provider that has the monopoly on providing care around Monterey County. This company doesn’t care if they provide inadequate services or care because their objective is all about profit.
Clean Friendly staff Low wait time Complimentary beverages offered Staff called to follow up to make sure everything was okay 2 days later! Love!!!
Dr De Ranieri is an outstanding human being which makes him an excellent provider. His supporting staff as well. Would like to point out that there's a HIPPA privacy act which protects patients privacy, to include identity. Therefore requesting out loud for for a patients name and DOB is a breach and is clearly stated as a reason to sue a business. Please help protect patients from these violations.
