As a man going for a haircut at a new salon sometimes sucks cause you never know if someone is gonna mess up ur hair or not, usually if things go wrong it’s a simple fix or I only really spent like 50$ not a big worry. Now when I have to pay $400 just for my gf to come home in tears cause they wrecked her hair/did the complete opposite of what she wanted. Now that’s a worry to me. I have an appointment with them tomorrow. I called to ask to reschedule because I woke up this morning with a cold. They said they will be charging me 50% of the service because I didn’t cancel within 48 hours. Which I was never informed of when I made the appointment. I will be going sick because of this idiotic policy. I would understand a 24 hour cancellation but I have never heard of a 48 hour for a hair salon.
