Spent the week here and it was an excellent experience. The room was comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep after a long day in the mountains. The spa was relaxing, and refreshing, a perfect way to unwind. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and eager to help, which made the stay feel even more welcoming. Overall, a wonderful hotel that combines comfort, cleanliness, and great service. Highly recommend.
Concierge ruined a trip before we even got there. Emailed them asking to book activities. They wait two days (!) to respond. I email them back to say we'd like to book horseback riding for our family of three. They take yet another day to respond, and then tell us that it's all booked up now -- just two spots left. So one of us has to miss out on a family activity. Because the CONCIERGE can't check their email more than once a day.
Stopped in for a cold beer and watch Amanda sing. What a voice and a comfortable place to relax after an adventurous day.
Stayed here for two nights rooms were very nice, view was soso. This hotel resort is very expensive. we requested the 1/2 roast chicken . it came with a 4 inch bowl of mashed potatoes. the chicken was small and dry. no bread no garnish . $70.00 delivered to room. Had a Coors Light at the bar $10.00 bottle. When you charge theses prices , everything should be beyond exceptional.
