Honestly worst doctors office I’ve had any help or service from
I’ve been seeing dr Masley here for years and I can’t recommend her and this office enough! Before I was seeing dr masley, I was with a doctor and an office where I felt unheard and like they were all too busy to listen to any concerns whatsoever. Everyone at this office is so patient, understanding, kind, and so wonderful.
Dr. Masley is top tier. Don’t look for an around-the-neck stethoscope or a white coat here! She is very casual, has a wonderful patient manner, connects and works with her patients to ascertain the correct diagnosis and proper treatment for your medical problem and is just an all-around outstanding person. She has called me at home several times on her day off to check on me. A consummate professional. Highly recommended.
Doctors could be very good; but the staff didn’t try to help at all. My wife and I wait 6 months for become new patients; the day of the appointment we arrive 5 minute late but we had to wait 10 minutes in the line to be able to talk with le lady that check you in. Went we arrive to the front desk; the person said that their policy said that after 10 minute we have to move the appointment to a new date and the new date was 7 months ahead.
