Dr. Yue Shen is an awful doctor. Cold, arrogant and extremely condescending. I'd recommend finding a different doctor.
My doctor talked to me about my health. I can't tell whether or not my doctor cares about me. The office staff kinda scrambles to get stuff together upon checkout, and still doesn't manage to complete the check out process. But they do try! It would just take an extra 20-40 minutes to figure out how to get the necessary information/documents, so I'll call later to get what's needed. On a scale of 0-10, the extent to which I began healing or improving within 24 hours of an appointment here would be 0. But I do have a referral... read more
