Prompt, professional and a nice guy to boot. We have used Paul on three occasions. Two of the three times, to our surprise, he was able to come that same day!
We had Mount Vernon Electric install a new stove outlet as we removed our gas stove. They were right on time, professional and left no cleanup. Will use them again for anything else we would need!
Mont Vernon Electric responded to a panic call on Christmas Day for a power surge. He was quick to stop by and assess an issue with the powerline. He arranged to have the power company stop by, he was present when they fixed the line, and returned first thing the next day to repair some panel damage. Very responsive and professional! Will use again for sure!
The technician was prompt and patient and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the service and expertise.
