I have been a patient for at least 3 years. Today Jan. 6th my appointment is at 9:10 am and I'm trying to call in to cancel my appointment. I was told to follow up here after a weekend ER visit resulted in consulting with this doctor for shingles in my eye. I called the office and they made me my appt for that day. We sat for 2.5 hours without anything, seeing the room we were told to sit in cycle over multiple times before I was finally called. I was told I then still had to get my eyes dilated and allow that to sit before I would be seen by the doctor.
