I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cartwright and the entire team. From the initial consultation (Upper eyelid blepharoplasty) to the surgery day, I felt I was in good hands. This review is not for Dr. Cartwright, but for the office staff that answers (or does not answer, because your on hold for ever and then get disconnected ) the phone and takes appointments. Dr. Cartwright performed surgery on my left eye a few years ago after I fell and shattered my orbital floor, and he was great. I've been to his office numerous times for follow up, and have been doing well up until now. I have been a patient for at least 3 years. Today Jan. 6th my appointment is at 9:10 am and I'm trying to call in to cancel my appointment. I have been on hold since 8 AM and my phone call was sent to a voicemail. Well, I can not make my appointment because I have physical therapy at 10:30 and I know I won't make it in time. I cannot spend spend 2 hours or more at your office for every appointment.
