I give these guys a 5-star rating because of the overall positive experience: they were patient, friendly and professional. I got them to replace an old battery in a Mercedes Benz GLE250d SUV with a new one I supplied. They were flexible when I kept changing the booking date and were patient to explain to me the effort required to replace the battery. $399 for a diagnosis to tell me that I need to change my headlight globes. That doesn’t seem fair to me. Won’t be recommending to anyone.
I have a ba ford as well as a motorbike i take monthly for interlock down loads. They always get me in fast. And never wait long. Good people, never usually smile. Call it service without a smile if you will.
