Just wanted to thank the AvantStay team for providing a fantastic stay, and even better flexibility during a snowstorm. We made the rookie mistake of renting a vehicle that was not equipped to get down the hill to Park City--->back home in the blizzard, and they were able to provide a very fair rate, last minute, to extend the unit another night. The rental unit was beautiful, very clean, and in the perfect location mid-mountain. An A+ stay and experience!
I would give 0 if I could. They confirmed my stay, answered all of my questions promptly every single day since. I booked flights for friends, prepaid activities, I'm leaving tomorrow to arrive the next day and they just canceled my stay because they’re short staffed on housekeepers. No calls, just an email with my refund confirmation from them. Not trying to help me find another place nothing. It’s a good thing I checked my emails. I would stay somewhere else. Staff was very dissapointing. Could not/ would not resolve problems. Hot water heater would not work, balcony full of snow so hard to get to firewood. Washer/dryer barely functional. Really a pathetic staff. Condo showing some age.
Our stay at Mont Cervin was amazing. Our unit 106 was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. The unit was very spacious with all the best amenities. Conveniently located by the ski lifts with a large private locker for all our ski’s and boots. I can not say enough about Ron and his staff that took such good care of us. They gave us rides to and from our dinners every night, immediately brought us more logs for our fireplace when we were low, and even did a grocery run for us.
