Cancellation policy is greedy. I'm not risking half the treatment cost amount as a deposit for treatment. If you miss your appointment without a 24 hours notice, they will keep your money. Not $50. The whole deposit. When asked what if extenuating circumstances occur? Like I get into an accident. They responded that they wouldn't keep the deposit.
