Ordered a pair of glacier sunglasses. Arrived really, really quickly with an insane amount of packaging to ensure no damage occured in transit. Sunglasses in perfect condition. I have previously had a couple of positive experiences at Mont Adventure Equipment. However, I recently bought a pair of Bimberi Stretch Hiking Pants from the store. Based on my experience with those pants, the pants were either faulty at purchase, or they are not fit-for-purpose. Additionally, my wife and I found Mont's response to the problem disappointing.
