When first meeting Dr. Monsul and his staff they were polite and he seemed very concerned about my issue. He was going to perform a dacryocystorhinostomy (blocked tear duct) surgery, but advised me that I would also need an eye lift costing $3500 since the tears on the blocked duct eye were draining out and not towards my nose. If he did that procedure on that eye then he would have to perform the procedure on the other eye so that it would not look lopsided. This was considered an eye lift. The most amazing doctor ever. Dr. MONSUL has cared for me through countless surgeries as well as dealing with the effects of my RSD. He was also responsible for the care of my mother in law when she fell and broke her eye socket. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He is very caring, kind and a meticulous physician.
I had an emergency with my eye, Dr. Monsul was recommended to me by a friend. I called and the young woman who answered the phone was so sweet and caring and was able to get in my the very next day. Dr. Monsul really is brilliant and caring and he took care of the issue and now it is as if the issue was never there. I recommend him highly.
I know this is a very late review, but sometimes life happens and time passes by too fast. Back 2016 I had Mohs surgery on the top portion of my nose and Dr. Monsul did the closure using a small flap from my forehead, connecting just above my nose. I had seen so many scary articles on the internet about the results of other people's surgeries and the closures in other areas of the country, I was so stricken with fear that I could hardly breathe the day of surgery. Dr Monsul is a very kind hearted plastic surgeon. After a dog bit, he was able to repair my face better than it was with his skills and expertise. I’m so thankful for his caring. Thank you to his wonderful staff.
