Great gym! My husband has been going there for a few years. He has really enjoyed getting in shape and lifting heavier weight. I'm still a beginner. Still learning the proper way to do the movements as i move the weights or use the equipment. A very sweet friend of mine that has been going there for a long time has been helping me. I've been told everyone there would help if they saw you doing something the wrong way. That's really great in my opinion so you don't get hurt and can work the correct muscle in the proper way.
Love this place! Been going here for 7-8 months. No frills gym with everything you need, 24hr access, and friendly people. Great for anyone looking for more iron than what you get at Planet Fitness and other gyms. 10/10 would recommend
