These guys were great! They came in did a full assessment of the house and informed us of all realistic expectations regarding results. We own a 30 year old home with many of the original finishes. Some things can not be removed. They were honest and upfront about everything! The black light overview was so thorough. Their prices justify they expertise and experience.
