The most painful thing I have endured in the call center industry was being a customer of Monster. They were acquired by a company with seemingly no contact center experience. They continually allowed SSL Certifications to expire causing catastrophic outages for my inbound customer service lines. The support was sometimes helpful, but most the time the communication was terrible, there was never any follow up, and we had to badger them for answers to simple questions. Outstanding customer service. There is no such thing as perfect company but monster voip's support has been amazing . They are very knowledgeable and friendly. This should serve as a lesson for all companies out there..
One thing I like about Monster Voip is I can change numbers anytime I want. I can still operate my business without having to use my personal contact information. Monster VoIP app allows me to check my voicemail and I can also send texts and receive calls from my business number. It is very convenient when you can use 2 numbers in one cell phone. You can also use their webphone and desktop app for making and receiving phone calls.
It allows us to answer calls through their mobile app and desktop app since it works over an internet connection. They also have video conferencing which is pretty handy for conference calls.
