They always know what I need! Always cool, friendly, polite, and just easy to talk to about my vape and accessories. Even though they don't have my vape coils they have alternatives I can use and are very knowledgeable about how I would need to adjust my wattage, etc, for those coils. Their loyalty program is also the bomb. Thanks guys!

My vape hardware is being discontinued which I wasn't upset about after having it for 4 years. When I went to see what new options where available the young lady helping my friend and I was AMAZING! Her name was Rebecca and she did an excellent job showing us 2 new products and was very knowledgeable. I chose the Breeze and I'm very satisfied with my choice. Thank you so much!
