Dave came out last year and took pictures to show his crew how to cut specific branches to lighten and thin the tree - all provided in an estimate with images. One of the best experiences I've had with a service company of any kind. They responded immediately and scheduled a walk through. When David arrived, he had an ipad with him, and as we walked around our yard discussing tree trimming needs, he took photos, made observations and suggestions, and answered all my questions.
