They say it is on me because I asked for a removal. I am not the professional here to know they would damage my defrosters. They should’ve let me know the risk and asked for consent. I would’ve simply put it over the one it had. Their only solution was to remove all the defrosters but I didn’t want them removed in the first place. My car was flawless, now it’s ugly and I have to get a new glass and buy tint again elsewhere.
