Founded by Carl Waltzer and On Le in 1997, the first unit was opened in Manhattan and quickly became known as the sushi provider of choice among both discriminating customers and the media including The New York Times and Time Out New York magazine.

Went over there for lunch over the weekend and let me tell you, It so scrumptious!!!! Very well prepared food with great customer service, exemplifies what a fantastic little restaurant this is. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
I have many reviews on Monster Sushi and thought I would take the chance and try it and was glad I did. The appetizers were great and nicely priced for the portions we received. And the sushi and rolls were great. The pieces were good sized and the fish was fresh. Cant wait to go back.

I went today with my sis and we both like it. The price of sashimi is good (price of one for two pieces) and the fish is fresh. We will sure go back to this place.

The sushi is great, the miso soup superb, the staff friendly. This is the only place I will eat sushi from.

Hello--------------------I went to the 25th Spelling Bee on BROADWAY and before I went, I went to MONSTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR SUSHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE for dinner. GO THERE (or else, just kidding!)
