Great place to store your thing!
Easy to rent, not so easy to cancel. I submitted the move out request through the website and now I continually get invoices and past due notices. I've contacted customer service twice so far and nothing has been resolved. A manager was supposed to call me back to help assist with the situation, but I have not received a call. Now I'm receiving notifications that my account is in default! This company and customer service is horrible.
They're quick with their responses when you are "purchasing" your storage space online. When you run into problems however, especially on the weekend, THERE'S NOBODY who knows what to do TO HELP. If you're renting a unit for the very first time in your life, just know, their instructions aren't explicit, you're going to have to figure out some things for yourself. Further, when they send out the gate code the message says nothing about * and # being a part of it. So you'd end up like the lady I met there who could NOT get in... read more
