My home was damaged by the recent storms and I called Monster Roofing. Hunter came out the next day and repaired the damage in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
Pro’s- The actual roof was done quickly and looks very nice. We had a leak and time was of the essence. The project manager, Hunter, was professional. Con’s- HVAC unit was knocked over during demo Wrong soffit was originally used and had to be redone Front porch caps were ripped off Electrical box was knocked off Nails are still in my yard (3 weeks later). Outstanding experience! My home looks new again! All I did was complete the online estimate request and was contacted by Frank, our service rep., within 24hrs. Frank scheduled a visit, did a thorough inspection, and provided a very reasonable estimate. Even though the weather was a challenge for everyone, Frank kept in touch and was proactive in keeping us updated.
