Two part move with Monster moved from NYC then storage and local in Quincy. Movers and staff all get a high rating from our family. Website was super easy to use and quote was spot on.
Received a quote from this company for $393 based on 3 hours of work. While I knew my move would take no where near that time (very local move with minimal furniture, I figured I would save some money based on that. I was then charged over $500 based on a three hour minimum plus an hour of travel, none of this was disclosed. We contacted them VERY short notice after we realized it was going to take us forever to unload our uhaul. I got an immediate response and they had movers out to us within an hour and a half (even though I contacted them 2 hours before they closed for the night) Kevin and his partner showed up ten minutes early and got everything unloaded in less than an hour. Great service! We will absolutely keep them in mind the next time we need movers.
