At first it was a great experience until I had to keep calling this mechanic 1000 tikes just to get a job done I texted him numerous times still no response from him so I bought it up to him that he never responded and it’s bad business he just completely went off on me cussing me out and telling me off saying I wasn’t being patient if you want a mechanic that you can depend on this guy is not it. No itemised invoice after the job so i can’t see what was meant by a “full service” or how much each part cost or what the labour charge was. When i asked for one i was just sent a document with the total charge and the service items on it - no cost breakdown, and no notes for my service record. I also mentioned at the time that my car was slow to start, but they said it was fine and didnt seem to be interested in investigating further.
